The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is the state agency responsible for operation and maintenance of commercial aviation, maritime, and certain bridge facilities in and around the Port of Boston. The administration unit of the secretary-treasurer's division carries out the secretary-treasurer's mandate to be record keeper of the authority, including keeping minutes of executive board meetings held to determine Massport policies and appropriate activities. Series consists of this record of authorized actions in regular (monthly) and special meetings, including executive sessions.
